What we can't help with
We are not a health sharing ministry, insurer, agent or broker, so we can't enroll you, review your medical history, or help with a specific sharing request or bill. For those:
- Questions about your membership or a sharing request: contact your health sharing organization directly and follow the appeal process in its guidelines.
- Questions about health insurance: visit HealthCare.gov (opens in new tab) or contact your state insurance department (opens in new tab).
- Complaints about a health sharing ministry: state insurance departments often can't help, because ministries generally aren't regulated as insurance. Your state attorney general's office may be the right contact.
